Diagnostic Class with Jenny Glass

This course will be taught live at the Bellevue Botanical Garden (BBG) by Jenny Glass, Diagnostic Plant Pathologist at the WSU Puyallup Research and Extension Center. The class will consist of a short lecture, followed by an exploration of plant disease problems using actual in-hand plant samples. This opportunity qualifies for CE credit toward your 2023 requirement. 2 identical & separate classes will be held from 9:30 am to noon and 1 pm to 3:30 pm in the Aaron Education Center at BBG. This optional course is ideal for our veteran and emeritus MG volunteers who are active in clinics or gardens this season and able to immediately use what they learn. 2023 interns (with exception noted above) are not being invited to attend this course since this content was covered during their in-person intern training. We hope to repeat the course in the future for any that may be interested. Registration for this event is via an email sent from Diagnostic Lab Team, MGKC program on May 11.
