What is a “Chapter” Foundation? – Chapters can be a single county, or a pair of adjacent counties that have teamed up to provide Foundation support for their territorial Master Gardener Program. From the majestic mountains of the Olympic Peninsula, to the rolling foothills of the Palouse, the Skagit lowlands abloom with millions of tulips each spring, or the agricultural bounty of Spokane County’s orchards and fields – no matter where you travel in the Evergreen State, we have Master Gardener Foundation Chapters ready to help grow your gardening knowledge and cultivate ecological understanding.
